How long will my order take from purchase to delivery?

Our wheels are made to order. Typical timelines:

• Build time: 2–4 weeks (complex logos/colors may add ~1 week)

• Transit: US 5–10 business days, International 7–14 (carrier & customs)
  We’ll share key progress updates and a final photo set for approval before shipping.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes—every RoughCarbon wheel includes a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering materials and workmanship under normal use.

Not covered: damage from improper installation, misuse/impact, third-party mods, or normal wear (e.g., Alcantara care issues).

What is your cancellation/return policy?

Each wheel is built for you, so:

• Within 24 hours of ordering: you may cancel for a full refund.

• After 24 hours: parts may be allocated—changes or cancellations can incur a fee.

• After approval & shipment: sales are final. If there’s a verified defect or fitment issue, we’ll repair or replace—just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can I preview my custom cover design before production?

Absolutely. We’ll provide a digital mockup (and material swatches when needed) so you can confirm logo details before we start.

Can I change my order after I place it?

If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to adjust.

Once materials are cut or assembly begins, changes may be limited or require an additional fee. Email us ASAP and we’ll help.
